Welcome to the Engage Mentoring team, Rachel Munk, our newest Customer Service Coordinator!
My responsibilities at Engage are centered around providing exceptional customer care to our clients. I assist in approving New Profiles as they come in and logging the workshops that our participants complete towards achieving their certification. I help facilitate communication with our participants to meet their current needs and assist as needed.
Before joining Engage Mentoring, I worked for Wayfair, LLC as a Senior Service Associate. Prior to that my experience has been in high-level Client Care, Account Management, Business Management, and HR.
My favorite aspects about working at Engage Mentoring is the phenomenal team and amazing culture. I love the energy, passion, vision and value of what we bring and offer to others and the difference it makes in not just their career, but their personal growth.
I am new to the team so my biggest challenge currently is getting fully trained to bring the best value to my role and our team, on a whole.
I admire Alison and the journey she has created with her vision to not only create more effective teams for companies, but the growth and development of all the mentees and mentors that have the opportunity to participate in our program.
One thing that I excel at is Encouragement. I love encouraging others in multi-faceted ways and seeing the positive outcomes of this encouragement, both individually and company-wise.
My husband inspires me each and every day. He is an amazing man, who leads with incredible integrity and always goes above and beyond for his employees and company.
I like many genres of music, including Classical, Jazz, Rhythm and Blues, Country and Easy Rock.
We are the proud parents of 2 vibrant and energetic fur-babies! Skylar, who is a Goldador, and 7 years old. And Sullivan, who is an Aussie Labradoodle, and 4 years old.
