Engage Mentoring Welcomes Ginger Rains to the team!

Engage Mentoring is excited to welcome our newest team member: Ginger!

Ginger joins us as our New Market Leader! In this role, she will be responsible for helping organizations in the Indianapolis and Fort Wayne markets achieve their leadership development goals through our unique tech-enabled leadership development solutions, The Engage Leadership Program and Mentoring Women’s Network Program. 

Ginger is a versatile professional with experience in diverse industries such as construction, higher education, IT, and finance. Throughout her career, she has excelled in roles that involve connecting people, solving problems, and creating meaningful impact. She initially started as an engineer and transitioned into sales, followed by client services and consulting. After taking a break to focus on her family, she established a sales funnel agency. Upon rejoining the workforce, Ginger pursued finance with a strong commitment to enhancing emotional and psychological safety surrounding money and related matters.

“I am most excited about the mentoring I will receive and give at Engage Mentoring! Connecting people with resources and ideas that help them move closer to the life they really desire, is something that brings me great joy” said Ginger.

Her biggest inspirations are her grandmothers. They were both professional working women at a time when it was uncommon to be in those roles.

Ginger likes folk-rock music and has two pets: a Boston terrier and a cat that are both 13 years old!
