Each quarter, the Engage Mentoring Executive Talent Roundtables meet and conduct a focused discussion on a topic related to attracting, retaining, and developing talent.

At our most recent Engage Mentoring Executive Talent Roundtable meeting, the topic was building a thriving multi-generational workforce. To prepare for the discussion, I sat down with Lindsay Boccardo, a millennial expert and coach who specializes in helping companies adapt to attract and retain this growing population by creating an environment that allows them to thrive.

We discussed the importance of corporate social responsibility, mentoring and access to relationships, tuition reimbursement plans, and a change in traditional career pathing mentalities.
